 Ailene is a great addition to the Groovy Girl line!, Jul 14, 2023
First off, the Amazon pictures of Ailene: She looks much more like the darker image shown on the main photo. The other image of her shown in the "See More Pictures" seems to be a little color saturated. Her hair is really the darker auburn shown on the first picture, not orange, nor are her cheeks nearly so rosy as shown in the 2nd picture.
As a mother, I definitely appreciate that this is one of the more lady-like, less vixeny-looking Groovy Girls. In fact, there's a new line of N-series Groovy Girls (Nanette, Natalya, and Nicole) that are the most feminine and daintily dressed Groovy Girls I've yet seen. Of course, there's enough ethnicities, hairstyles, and outfit varieties for any girl to find the doll(s) just right for her! |
