Whether you are an aspiring athlete or just really want to take good care of your feet, this is a great shoe. It has excellent arch and heel support, with the gel inserts that cushion against high impact running while enveloping around your foot to secure it. You will always have great traction and sure footing while using this shoe, even in rain, snow, mud, gravel, etc. It is made of all synthetic materials which make the shoe incredibly lightweight (almost like running in big socks) but this also makes it a great vegetarian shoe for those against the commonly found leather uppers. The mesh overing the shoe makes it surprisingly flexible and breathable, if not watertight. The laces are designed as all ther better running shoes are, with the laces diverted away from the ankle so they don't rub or pinch. All around this is an amazing deal on a great shoe with a low price tag. Because of the arch support, this shoe works great for if you stand all day or have sensitive/weak feet. It works great for runners, joggers, walkers, but it won't help crawlers. |
