5What did i get into?, Apr 28, 2023
I started this novel unknowning what i was getting myself into. It is not a feel good happy novel it is a tragedy in every sense of the world. A Pleasant Shade of Gray rips your heart of your chest and then drives fear right into your soul. This was not the most polished work that I have ever read but man was it worth the read. The man star Jim Clark is one of the great detectives in novel history. The is an amazing supporting cast as well as great villians. The differnet levels of the novel makes your heart race and then break. This is a great novel with heart pounding action and thrills from start to finish. By the time i was finished with this novel I had to question the author's sanity.

This is spooky and filled with enough terror that it kept me reading all night long.

5Good Read 24 hours, Apr 21, 2023
This is a pretty good book with a few mistakes but did not take away from the novel. The novel is set in a real time format that takes place of the course of twenty four hours. The book has a great ending and when Halo takes the power sander to the girls skin I almost dropped the book. This is very shocking and bone chilling.

5Raw, gritty and hard, Apr 21, 2023
This book grabs you by the throat and chokes the life out of you. I sat down unknowning what the book was about but once i got into the story i could not put it down. This book is about as hard edge and harsh as I have ever read before in my life. The twists come out and hit you right in the face and yet you ask for more. When I bought the book the tag line was "If this book does not make your skin crawl it's on too tight." This book freaked me out as much as it made my heart pound over and over again. The book was not as well edited as most major publishing houses but that didn't matter. The editing could have been better but the action is so good and the suspense is so strong i didn'y notice one ounce.

I didn't think there could be enough to fill twenty four hours but sure enough this novel was a full day and i loved every moment of it.

This book....

Is a one of a kind....

I really can't believe that this novel has not been picked up by Random house yet. This writer is going to be one of the top writers in this country.
