This is a very cool product. The best feature are the handles, it doesn't get in the way of other pots and pans on the stove. Used it quite a bit since receiving it.

Excellent When Used Right, Aug 9, 2023
I like this cookware better than the one that replaced it (the Calphalon One Infused). After reading some of the comments about sticking food, I was prepared for everything except what happened. I prepared a tri-tip roast by sautee on the stove top, added a little wine to deglaze, and then popped the pan into the oven for several hours at low temperature. The roast came out great, and the pan cleaned up very easily. The meat did not stick to the pan - once it was cooked on the outside, it lifted easily. And the sauce came out great as well! Cleanup was a snap with just soap and a nylon brush. I do plan to get some comet in case I need a deeper cleaning.
As others have said, be sure and use lower cooking temperatures that you are used to with nonstick cookware.

We just got this one and the pan is well made and the first couple of times we cooked (Indian food) it performed as expected. We agree with most of the reviews, this one is substantial and looks like its going to last for a long time.

All the performance of the higher priced versions you look at on the local store shelves, but put back due to the high price of admission.
