Plans and elevations are due back from the architect on 2/7/03. Once these are back, we can do the lighting, landscape and sign plans. After these are done, we can get on the planning board schedule.

3.2.1 Budget
Preliminary 3-year budget was handed out to the re-opening committee. The budget will be reviewed and voted on by the re-opening committee at the 2/14 meeting. Once the budget is approved, it will be posted to the web-site.
3.2.2 Building Financing
We are attempting to find local financing for the building. Suzannah has made some calls and discovered that we should expect an interest rate of between 8% to 10%.

3.2.3.2 Magic Tournament - Vanessa
We have some possible dates for the tournament. We are also strongly considering an Yu-Gi-Oh tournament either in addition to the magic card tournament or instead of the magic card tournament.
